I am using public beta software and sometimes need to ask questions. But, because of the confidentiality rules, discussions about beta software are not allowed on this public forum.

No, unfortunately, there is not. Your NDA and the rules here do not allow us, you, or anyone to discuss anything about it anywhere. Apple also does not provide support for any beta related problems.

I would never do the public beta precisely because there is no support available anywhere.
