On 6/15/2020 I purchased a Mac Mini @ your Los Gatos store. On 7/14/2020 you sent me an Email informing me that I had the option to get 1 YEAR OF FREE APPLE TV. Numerous attempts to exercise this option have so far yielded the result, equivalent to a " Circular Firing Squad"; i.e.: no verification if, when
or how start or finish of "free TV" period occurs? Please tell me what the problem is?
Better yet, RESOLVE THE PROBLEM!!!

Have you tried to open the AppleTV+ app on your Mac Mini and login through it? Or perhaps a Smart TV with the app installed?
The offer is open for 3 months after initial setup of your new device and is associated with the Apple ID you used to setup the device. It can be used on other devices, I have mine on a Fire Stick.
