Activating Apple Watch 5 series on Verizon

I purchased and Apple Watch 5 series new on Amazon. I am trying to activate the cellular function. Verizon had to add the IMEI number to their DMD and they have been successfully able to activate a new line on my account with the watch IMEI number. After resetting the watch and turning on and off both my iPhone 11 and the watch, when I try and setup the cellular function via the phone or watch it says "This device can not be used on the Verizon network" even though they say it shows active on their end. Help!?

Have you contacted Verizon to ensure that the provisioning for your Apple Watch was set up correctly or if there is an issue with the network? Which reset did you complete on your Apple Watch?
