Disabled app store and iTunes account

Hi, my iTunes and app store account is disabled for 2 weeks now, how can I enable it? Tried almost every method posible and still nothing..Thanks in advance.

If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support.
