My lost iPhone was connected to the internet meaning someone has found it and is using it. How do I find it? It’s not showing up on find my iPhone.

How do you know it has been connected to the internet? It should still appear on Find My iPhone and you can use this to erase your device.

This could have been a jailbreaking hack which could have removed iCloud. You'll need to contact Apple to try and get this phone locked so the thief's can't use it.

Do you by any chance have the original Serial or IMEI number which should have been printed on the receipt or any paperwork you have regarding your phone such as repairs?
