ipad and Applecare purchased from Costco

I have purchased ipad and applecare same time at local Costco 3 weeks ago.

But Applecare warranty does not show on my divice yet.

All I have is a reciept from Costco and just proof I got both same time.

Do I miss something or need to resister somewhere to activate? ?
