I had a problem with my ipod, so i called apple support and they said they would switch it out for a new one, and that it would be coming in 2-3 days. So it arrived, but without an ipod, just a sheet and a clear plastic bag, and im rather confused on what it going on since i thought i was getting the new ipod today. What do i do?

Read the instructions on the sheet. They want you to return the defective one in the bag provided. When they receive it, the will send you a working replacement.

I would contact them - is there an email or phone number on your communication with them?
Clarify just how it should work.
