5th Gen IPOD Downloaded 64 setup but see 32setup drivers (WITH PICS)

I have a Windows 10 PC.

So I recently updated my 5th gen IPOD to SDCard Reader and I haven't been able to get it to sync.

When I plug in my IPOD and look on the devices page it shows IPOD

When I click on Device Manager, I get this

So today I tried changing the Drive Letter and going thru the Tabs and I see this

My computer always has me download ITunes 64 setup but I see 32 drivers. Is this why I am never able to update my drivers, they say drivers from 2006?? I downloaded the 32setup but the computer gives me an error.

Let me know what I am missing. I have jumped thru all the hoops in regards to getting it "fixed" Help me Obi-Wan Kenobi your my only hope.

Try iOS device not showing in iTunes for Windows - Apple Community. Despite the title the same steps should help. Note that 64-bit iTunes includes some legacy 32-bit components.
