How do I delete Muslim holidays from my apple calendar?

Not that I am aware of.

So, recommend this Preference Setting to Apple:

1. Go to: Apple - iPad - Apple
2. Select: "Feature Request" for "Feedback Type"
3. Proceed from there as necessary

Subscription calendars are copyright and thus not editable. You will have to search online and find a calendar with just the holidays you want on your calendar, or make your own.
