Screen Record only can capture first few Seconds

Hello,

I have ipad 2018 and ipad air 2 with latest iOS and whenever i record this game called "the world of magic", the recording is only the first few second and then it becomes white screen with audio still recorded. Also after try to record the game, the screen record feature broke until I restart the ipad (its 3.2.1 then still black record button). It works in iphone X so I think its a ipad only bug.

if anyone know the fix please inform me, thank you in advance!

It sounds like the game prohibits screen recording.
