IPad OS upgrade and degradation

Hello, I recently encountered a problem with my iPad: today I was going to try to connect my iPad to my PC with a data cable and upgrade it on the computer, but the operation failed, and then the iPad screen turned black. The iPad has a PC and lighting cable logo on the screen, and a web address at the top“ support.apple.com/ipad/restore ”How to solve this problem?

You have no alternative other than to attempt a Factory Restore of your iPad:
