Can I share my iPhone Wifi (not cellular) with my Mac?

I am at a location with poor cellular but fast Wifi. My iOS devices can connect to the Wifi without problems, but my MBP Retina late 2013 running Mojave cannot. Is there a way I can share the Wifi connection of my iPhone with my Mac? Note, the standard hotspot can only share the cellular connection, but that is useless in my situation.

iPhone won't automatically connect to car Wi-Fi My iphone used to be able to Auto-Join my car Wifi with SW ver 15, but when i upgraded to SW ver 16, my phone stopped Auto-Join Car Wifi and now I have to connect manually. I do not have any issues auto-joining Home network or any other Auto-Join networks. This seems to only impact my Car Wifi. I have also turned "Private Wi-Fi Address" On and Off and that did not work. Auto-connect not working for WiFi Hotspot in GM vehicle We’ve had a Wi-Fi hotspot in our car for a couple of years. My iPhone has always auto connected after starting the car. It recently stopped auto connecting even though I still have auto join on. I have to manually select the Wi-Fi every time I get in the car. My husband has a Samsung and has no issue with auto connecting.
