is it ok if I charge my iPhone SE 2nd Gen (ios 13.6) multiple times a day?

Does it damage my battery if I charge it multiple times a day?

Yes, it is fine. It is also ok to charge it to 87%, 92%, 98%, 77%, 70%, 99%, 65%.

As stated, you can charge at anytime, for any amount of time.

That’s fine, but there is no reason to try and micro-manage the charging process.

I don't always charge it to 100%. I only charge it to 80% most of the time, is that good?
