I noticed that my @me email is not showing up as an option for me to send emails from.
I usually use my @icloud email for spam emails, and my @me as my personal to send real emails.
But my xxx.xxxx@me.com does not so up as an option to send emails.

When you go to iCloud.com on a computer > Mail > cogwheel (bottom left) > Preferences > Composing > what is set as the default email address?
Next option - https://getsupport.apple.com.
Correct, its not visible in the dropdown. My @me.com email address is no longer an option.
Has the @me settings changed at apple recently? Because i was just using my @me.com email address just a couple of days ago.
I just noticed today that I can no longer email with my @me.com email address.
I haven't touched the preferences, so I don't think i've deleted the @me.com email address.
I went into preferences if I can get back my @me.com address, but it doesn't give me the option. It only says I can create an @icloud.com alias, which i do not want to do. I want my original @me.com address back.
Its set to the @icloud.com address. For some reason, it looks like my @me.com email address just disappeared.

But it seems like I can receive messages to my @me.com email. I just cannot send from @me.com
