@me email address not working

I noticed that my @me email is not showing up as an option for me to send emails from.


I usually use my @icloud email for spam emails, and my @me as my personal to send real emails.


But my xxx.xxxx@me.com does not so up as an option to send emails.

No, there hasn't been any change at Apple recently regarding this. I can see mine. Did you accidentally delete it - iCloud: About your @icloud.com, @me.com, and @mac.com email addresses - Apple Support?

I haven't touched the preferences, so I don't think i've deleted the @me.com email address.


I went into preferences if I can get back my @me.com address, but it doesn't give me the option. It only says I can create an @icloud.com alias, which i do not want to do. I want my original @me.com address back.
