Deleting apps on IOS 13

After touching and holding the app that I want to delete, all that appears is Edit Home Screen and Share App.

No Delete App nor an X.

How do I get rid of apps that I don't want?

In settings, under iPhone Storage, there is no delete option either.

Help!

iPhone 11, iOS 13

You have Screen Time Restrictions active on your iPhone. That is what is preventing you from deleting apps and therefore the option to delete does not appear.

Open Settings ➔ Screen Time ➔ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➔ iTunes & App Store Purchases ➔ Deleting Apps - Set this to ALLOW.
