How do change the birthdate cause it says I can’t?
Hello. I’m trying to give my nephew my Apple ID. I wanted to change the birthdate but it says I can’t change it even though it’s on Family Sharing. Any answers?

Not an answer to your question, but why are you trying to give him your Apple ID? You will then need to create a new Apple ID for you, which means you will lose access to some of your data and all of your prior purchases. Why not create a new Apple ID for your nephew?
If 13 years old or older.
If under 13 years old, you will need to set up Family Sharing to create an ID.
