Change Birthdate

Hi Apple, I’m Sienna,

I have struggled to change my birth date on my Apple Id, It has blocked me from changing it because it thinks i’m under 13. My mum tried to change it but it has not allowed my mum to do it on Family Sharing. We have tried everything, it also said that the organiser of family sharing would get a request but it hasn’t even let me press anything to send a request or change anything.

What do we do?
