when a caller try to leave a voice mail it says mail box is full but it is not. Talked to Apple support after an hour wait time and they could not help. Am on hold for 45 min with cell provider. Frustrated

Please let your cell phone provider know how frustrated you are with their feature voicemail, only they can resolve that issue for you, not Apple.
