I bought a new MacBook pro, and i have an old one which i transferred everything from through time machine... now my MacBook is as if it's an old one, became slow, and I HAVE LOST my data which was saved here and i need...
how can In return my data which was on the new mac, and i no longer want this transfer how can I undo it, it just ruined my mac

The data you saved to your Time machine drive is not transferred, it is Copied to the new machine.
So it should still be on the backup drive, and you can copy those same files wherever you wish.

No, you changed far too much to just 'UnDo".
If you lost new files created on the new machine, and have not run a backup (such as taking over the old backup drive for the new machine) those files are gone.
yes that's regarding the old MacBook, but before i copied from time machine to my new mac i have worked on a few documents on the new one, and after copying from the old one i lost those documents
can i undo the whole thing?
