Running OS X 10.7.5 and cannot upgrade

Hi,

I am currently trying to upgrade my old iMac from version 10.7.5 .... but I cannot seem to do it. I need this to access my Zoom upgrade for remote work.

I've found the links to download from the Mac App Store for El Capitan and High Sierra, but when it comes to downloading El Capitan, it says that an error has occurred. I also tried downloading the macOSX dmg file for El Capitan and it would not complete downloading (several times).

I am trying to upgrade to El Capitan, and then High Sierra. I need 10.9 or later to use the newest Zoom web client app.

When I get to the download store for that, it states that I need 10.8 and above. I also have Windows in bootcamp. I was able to download Mac OS X Sierra from the App Store.. but upon restart it said that the file was corrupted (??).

Then you got a corrupt download, please re download and install.

What year iMac is the computer? If you don't know click About this Mac which is found by clicking the Apple symbol in the upper left of the display.

In the About This Mac section, it doesn't say which year it is. I am pretty sure though that it's the iMac 2011, as I bought it new at the end of the year.
