We're happy to help with this trouble you're having of not being able to update your apps. Have you switched the Apple ID you were using in the App Store since you downloaded this app? If so, this would explain the message you are seeing. The easiest route would be to delete the app, and then reinstall it under the current Apple ID. If you paid for this app, and if it's possible, you will need to sign in with the previous Apple ID used in the App Store to get the app updated.
