ive been on the .99 cent 50 gb a month icloud subscription. when i try to downgrade to the free 5gb option i am unable to confirm the change. forces me to keep the 99 cent subscription even though im using less than 1 gb of i cloud storage at the moment. ive tried on my ipad, on my iphone, and on my imac. all the same results. not able to switch.

Once the blue checkmark is on the 5GB and you see expires on (date) next to the 50GB option, you've downgraded. Also, if you're not seeing that, you can possibly try downgrading on a computer - Downgrade your iCloud storage - Apple Support.

not able to downgrade from 50gb to 5gb on either iphone or imac.
