The apple watch series 3 is now available at a good price point. I'm considering this option, but I'm concerned that apple may withdraw support for this device within the next couple of years. I'm unable to find any clear information on this. Would it still be a good idea to purchase the series 3, or should i just put in more money and go for either the series 4 or 5?
I agree newer is better. However when there is such a big price difference it makes sense to consider an older series. However, if the support will stop in less than 2 years ... then it may not be worth it.
Newer is better, of course. You'll have longer support time + a lot of new features.
from the feature list I could even live with a series 3. However, I was concerned About things like the watch slowing dow when newer patches and OS versions come
out, battery life, etc.
