What kind of USB is this?

Can you help me.

I found a USB and i dont know what it is.

It doesnt fit om a regular USB.

It is a very old Apple USB extension cable from a very old Mac to extend an old style Apple USB keyboard. For some reason Apple made their very old USB keyboards & extension cables with that little protrusion. I've taken a pair of needle nose pliers and flatten the protrusion just a bit to allow it to work with standard USB devices. The fit may still be a bit tight though. Otherwise you should just recycle it.
