I'm just trying to find out how much power my iMac 27 inch uses. I found the answer in Apple support website but they don't tell you is it per hour or per minute, etc etc.
Any suggestions would be most helpful, thanks.

No, I am saying that 2kW of power is already defined at energy use per time unit. It has the time factor built-in.
Power is not to be confused with energy.

E.g. 262W means 262 joules per second. ‘Watt’ already has the time factor built-in.
