Iphone X stopped working after one of the recent ios update

Iphone X stopped working after one of the recent ios update and unable to open the screen now and its frezzed.

What might be the issue and what should I do?

Screen not responding constantly. I got an Iphone 12 earlier this week, now, an issue has surfaced. I can turn on my Iphone by pressing the power button, however, i cannot swipe up to unlock the phone at all, and when it works, and i get into the phone, the screen freezes again withn 30 seconds. I have tried to restart the phone dozens if times, but nothng works. So please, is this a hardware issue, or a software issue, how do i fix it?
