Hi,
I have recently USB transferred some videos onto my PC running Windows 10. Next, I would like to transfer these video from the PC to my Iphone 7 using the Itune on my PC.
In the ITuen, when I select the device, the only options, I can see are "Movies" and "TV shows", none allow me to select the folder that has the videos on the PC.
Any help would be great.

I thank you immensely for the help. I never used iCloud, so I will read the link in your post and explore the option. In the meantime, I found an interim solution to transfer video from my PC to the iPhone, using the iTune as the conduit. In iTune summary, there is an option called "File sharing", which allows to exchange file with a few chosen applications on the iPhone, "iMovie" in particular. I sent my videos from the PC to the iPhone using this option, once the video transferred into iMove, then I was able to transfer it into my Photo app and save it into an album. Whilst, this is not a clean solution but works, however, I rather to find a cleaner solution like your iCloud photo recommendation.

You've reached the right place for help, and we're confident we can figure out why your videos aren't syncing to your iPhone through iTunes. If we're understanding correctly, you only see the options for Movies and TV Shows in the sidebar when you connect the iPhone to iTunes, is that right? If so, are these options listed under the section that says "Summary" or "On My Device"? The Photos option should appear under "Summary"; if iCloud Photos is enabled on your iPhone, you'll see a message in iTunes saying that sync is not available.
