forgot my password and phone number that i use with the apple id!

i have forgotten the password for an another apple id i use.

when i try to reset password at iforgot.apple.com i am being asked for the phone number that was used with the id. for eg.xxxxxxxxx25 (this phone number also i have forgotten).

is there any other way i can change the password. by answering a security question or something like that?
