How do we even purchase a computer now with our store being g closed? This weekend is tax free weekend in Tennessee,and we want to take advantage of that.

Because my state has no State sales tax, only organized
Boroughs (no counties) and some Cities have sales tax.

Try to contact Apple support to ask about tax-holiday that you can purchase Apple products at online Apple Store with tax saving on the product you consider to get.
Use the Apple Online store. There's nothing that says it needs it be a purchase in a physical store.

Should be a relatively simple matter to find which Apple Stores (or authorized resellers)
in your state, or in your region, will be available either online or limited hours for access.
Enter your city, state, region; into the area of best service to your need.
With some locations either in lockdown or partially closed, what you
may want can be supplied from further away. Be sure they understand
how your address would be affect final sales price, re: sales tax exempt.

Depending on your nearest contact, which may be easily discovered online; & then by
phone, an arrangement to buy an official Apple product (from Apple.) And they could
send one out to your street address; or perhaps some locations may offer curb pickup?
Anyway, use the online official Apple store contact, if the locations one is not working.
..Most business have call centers open; much support and sales can be done even now..
Some locations may arrange to have authorized repairs done, "by mail" or parcel service.
By using the 'Find Location's and choose City nearest your regular Apple store location,
calls to Apple, would either directly be routed to an authorized Apple reseller; or actual
Apple Store online, when local nearby stores may be shuttered.
