I heard back from Reflector and I was advised that the app I was trying to stream was protected by DRM (digital rights management). Therefore no streaming.
Thanks for posting back with this. DRM has always been a "gotcha" when it comes to streaming. Looks like it holds true for these types of apps as well. Sorry that didn't work out for you.
