Backup help

My iPhone won’t backup and has not since I got it. I’ve deleted my iCloud storage, which was not full. It was at 2.3 of 5. But it still will not backup

iCloud backup I've been trying to back my new iPhone up for more than four days and I wasn't able to do that, even though I have a good internet connection and the iPhone is connected to a power energy. I don't know what else to do about it because when I go to Iphone Storage the GB keeps going back and forth and never finishes. What should I do? Thank you, Carolina

If you can't back up to iCloud or restore from iCloud backup failed - Apple Support
