Backup WhatsApp to Mac - moving to new phone

I'm pulling my hair out trying to backup my WhatsApp data to my Mac as I'm moving to a new phone and need to take this data along with me as it pertains to work. WhatsApp does not allow backup via mobile data (it's 2020, WhatsApp!), only wifi which I don't have. I can access my phone via iTunes on the Mac, but I can't see where to find the WhatsApp data.

Any help you can give is greatly appreciated!
