no network ethernet tv 4k

when ethernet connected to appletv4k no network,ethernet cable is working as test on other devices,the appletv shows on router as allowed but not connected

AppleTV won't connect to Internet I use a hard wired Ethernet connection with HDMI. I have restarted the AppleTV, restarted and unplugged/replugged the HDMI connection, restarted the modem, restarted the router, and a combination of all of these. Despite that, I get the same warning: "AppleTV cannot connect to Internet. Check your connection." Any advice?

No network message using AppleTV After brief power outage, I’ve reset router, have good signal and all devices connected to WiFi except AppleTV; says no network, problem with internet connection. I think I need to reconnect the AppleTV to the WiFi but can’t figure out how. I see reference to going to settings but don’t see how.

AppleTV 4K Ethernet Not Working I set up my AppleTV 4K to use the physical Ethernet port for connectivity. However, one day it stopped working, and will now only work using WiFi. I tried replacing the cable, and connecting the AppleTV to another (known good) Ethernet switch, and I get no link on the Ethernet connection. Are there any known issues with Ethernet port failures? Is there a solution to fix it, or must it be replaced? Thanks, RB

Please try another Ethernet cable.

as i stated nothing wrong with cable as tested with other devices,i have tried other ones though

its not solved can only use wireless connection which isnt ideal as wireless not always on
