I don’t know why but I cannot seem to be able to create a mailbox on my iPhone 6 . Why am I getting an “UNABLE to CREATE MAILBOX” error msg?

Your email account must be an IMAP account in order to add mailboxes on the phone. If it is, try adding the mailbox in your email provider’s server on a computer. If you can add it there, it should sync to the phone.
