Email on iPhone 13 Pro Max
I am trying to add a new mailbox folder. I have tried a lot. I keep getting the message “Unable to create mailbox, The mailbox couldn’t be created on the server “

Try to create the mailbox on the server first.
Sign in in to the server's web portal using a browser. Sure you have webmail access for the account, use your computer to do that.
If you still can't set up your email account or save your email settings, contact your email provider.
Make sure your network connection is active and try again.
If you use the same Wi-Fi network, the mail box will be synchronized.
