How do I sort the Apple Podcasts app manually?

How do I sort the Apple Podcasts app manually? (iOS13)

I tap sort: Manual but find no way to reorder them to my most to least favorite.

This is on iPad.

I figured it out. You have to tap Sort: Manual and then Edit, then tap and hold to drag into desired order.
