Warning

Has anyone gotten a message indication my SIM card is corrupt and google has decorated 39 virus. This happens while I was searching things on my IPhone 7+ , I turned off the phone. Is this real ?

No, it's a 100% scam. As is literally any such message you would get on a web site, or popup from one. There is no software of any kind that can tell what's on a device through a web browser.


SIM cards do not hold such data. And who knows what the fool who wrote that message really meant to say instead of decorated. Pretty obvious English is not their first language.


You will see this message every time you visit the site it appeared on. Just don't go there anymore.

Wish you would have taken a screen shot of that message or a pop up. If you were on a website and got a pop up from the browser stating what you mentioned then it is probably a scam / phishing attempt. Do you remember the exact wording of the message?

If that pop has not appeared since that time then I wouldn't worry about. Since you turned your iPhone OFF without entering any information then you are good.

It is a scam. So...

What’s the Domain of that?

To safely find out...

  1. Disable: all network connections
  2. View: History menu
  3. Select: The site
  4. View: the domain in the address bar
  5. Copy-&-Paste: the domain it in a reply
