MacBook air

I ordered a Mac book air from the education store from Apple and got the deal for free AirPods but I decided to upgrade to AirPods Pro for 90.00. For some reason I was charged the full 250.00 plus tax to my account while my order for my MacBook is still processing And the amount for the Mac hasn't been charged yet From my account . It’s been processing for three days now is this normal??

Deducted amount more that order I have ordered iPad in student offer which I will get AirPods free only for 2500peso. I have placed the order after 2 days money from my account is deducted only for the AirPods and it shipped after a week now apple is asking me for the original bill amount mentioned in the bill included ipad bill and extra 2500 pesos. They hold my order because there is no money. The money of 10990pesos for the AirPods have Alredy deducted I have tried to contact service number but no one replied any one please help

I think it takes time to change order, though try to contact Apple support to ask about the delayed order.
