I'm getting emails about changing my Apple ID information, even though I didn't do it.

Hi! I started getting emails last night about changing my apple id information, even though I didn't do it. I went in and changed my password, but it turned out that all the data in the apple id is now in Japanese and I don't understand how to reset it all, please help me, someone broke into my apple id. I am from Russia
