Hi, I hope you can help me. I have a few question I want to know:

  1. Can I place an order internationally? I wanna buy an iphone from online apple store to be delivered in Hungary.
  2. Does apple buys used phones from individuals? I have a iphone 8 + which I’d like to sell, which works perfectly it doesn’t have an original screen since I recently changed it.
  3. If I buy the iphone does it have included the warranty or do I need to pay extra for having it?

  1. No. Apple will not ship it outside the country of sale.
  2. Trade ins are available in some countries, however, if you replaced the display yourself or had it done by an unauthorized service provider, your phone has no trade in value. Apple will recycle it at no charge.
  3. All Apple products have a one year warranty valid in the country of original sale. The EU is considered a single country for warranty purposes.

False.

Apple will NOT ship any product outside of the country of the store where they are sold. You can not, for example, have a phone sold in the US Store shipped outside of the US.

o, Apple cannot buy your iPhone. However, you can trade in your iPhone and get credit towards a new one like the iPhone 11 or XR. Go here1. to trade in an iPhone.

The phone has been tampered with and has NO trade in value at all.

ou don't get any warranty when you buy an iPhone, except a 1 year limited warranty which covers nothing but manufaturing defects. You need to buy AppleCare+1. if you want a warranty that covers damage, theft and loss.

Um... yeah... that's how warranties work...
