In essence I'm agreeing to refrain from creating or sharing offensive shortcuts.

A shortcut is an icon that points to a program [app] or data file?

If I write something on a 3rd party notepad program and share that note through my ISP or G-mail servers or Youtube servers am dishonoring the agreement of not sharing offensive offensive data files?

I'm not wanton to spread hatred through apple Inc networks or create offensive app shortcuts.
