  1. I am trying to restore Ipod Touch 6th Generation to factory settings in an attempt to fix the problem.
  2. The wi-fi is greyed out so I cannot switch it on - all other devices work and router has been reset. Bluetooth won't connect either.
  3. I have reset my Apple ID password
  4. I have tried to restore but I need to switch off my Find my Iphone - I am unable to do this from ipod nor am I able to do it from iCloud as I deleted the device in the hope that this would enable me to restore.
  5. I have been into Settings and selected Erase all Content and Settings.
  6. I am unable to sign out as i get the message above,

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP? I just want to restore to factory settings and start again.

Thanks

iPod Touch (6th Gen)
