Can I get AppleCare for an iPhone not bought directly from apple? I was thinking of buying a phone Amazon renewed, but I wanted to get the AppleCare warranty. Is this possible?

You can buy AppleCare on new iPhones that are purchased new from an Authorized Apple Reseller, either directly from the reseller at the time of purchase of the phone or from Apple within 60 days. However Amazon renewed phones are not new and you cannot buy AppleCare for them.
