My airpods are fully charged and i can use them to listen to music but no one can hear me when i’m talking on the phone with them. They are connected to my phone with bluetooth and i can hear the people i’m talking to but no one can hear what i’m saying.

Thanks for posting your concern. Try resetting your AirPods first, and then re-pair them using Bluetooth. Test the issue. If it persists, I recommend that you review the "Set Microphone to left, right, or automatic" here: Adjust the settings of your AirPods - Apple Support
