can't get 10.15.6 to download

Have been trying to get the new update 10.15.6 to download and update, keeps restarting my MacAir and when it is finished restarting, the message to update is still there

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15

Try getting the standalone & installing in Safe Mode...

Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode?
