I wanted to download iTunes on my MacBook Pro but there is no version for 10.15.6 update so what can I do about it, I need some help.

Your iPhone should show up in Finder, with an interface that looks a lot like the iTunes sidebar.
iTunes is dead, long live iTunes.
You can't download iTunes on 10.15 Catalina, but you don't need iTunes in 10.15 Catalina.
On Catalina iTunes was replaced with the Apple TV App, the Music App and Finder.
Anything you did before with iTunes, you do now in one of those apps.
What are you trying to do?
sorry I couldn't really get it but what I am trying to do is to backup my phone on my laptop with iTunes, I tried to download it but there is no iTunes for 10.15 update.
