Manually add vaccination records to Apple Health

I have some vaccinations I need to add to Apple health - annual flu jabs at work, shingles at CVS etc. How do I add them MANUALLY. ie. please don't copy/paste the "log in to your health provider" answer because that isn't the answer.

I need to MANUALLY add this information because it's not available through an online provider.

Then the only way to add it is in the connected provider's app or website. Yes, I see it in my EPIC-synced data. I added it by notifying my PCP of my immunizations and she added it to my EPIC record. That way it’s part of my complete medical record, not just on the phone.
