i want to be able to manually add vaccinations to my health record.
I saw somewhere else here how to import a health record but UK do not provide an xml health record.
Therefore I need to be able to add it manually but cannot find anyway to do this!
You are right on all counts. To add an immunization / Vaccination entry in the health app then you will need to import that from the provider's portal app. At present, there is no way to manually add it.
