How do I solve the problem with my phone being out of storage and I’ve purchased more storage but my phone is still having the same problems? Apps won’t open, can’t email or text and much more! Please help!

you purchased more icloud storage to back up or sync to icloud, not more internal storage.

iCloud storage is completely independent if your device. iCloud storage is online storage on Apple’s servers. The storage on your device is fixed and cannot be upgraded.
To make space on your device, you’ll have to delete content.
My phone is out of storage... I purchased more storage (200GB) and it shows in my iCloud but my phone itself is still saying no more storage. I can’t access apps because it shuts down, can’t send emails or texts, nor take pictures.
