IPad Pro not Charging

My Ipad Pro will not charge. I let it run down where there is a just a little red line. This happened two or three weeks ago and I sent it in to Apple. I received it back and it worked for two weeks and now its happen again. Please help. This is very frustrating and my husband spent a lot of money on this Ipad Pro for it not to work.

I have gone through the steps for "IPad not charging" these did not work.
